Colombia Disaster Risk Financing

Working with MoF to develop and implement a DRFI strategy for the ministry.  This strategy focus’ on the prioritized policy objectives: (i) Identification and understanding of fiscal risk from disasters; (ii) Insurance of public assets (concessions and public buildings), and; (iii) Budget management of disaster risk, including the implementation of innovative financial instruments.
