Disaster Risk Financing in APEC Economies: PRACTICES AND CHALLENGES

This report was prepared by the OECD Secretariat and delivered to APEC Finance Ministers for their meeting on 19-20 September 2013 in Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia. This report is based on input provided by APEC member economies in response to an APECOECD survey questionnaire.
