Keler Gjika

Keler is a Financial Sector Specialist for the World Bank, based in Albania, involved in management and implementation of several projects related to financial sector development, stability and supervision, as well private sector development.  Before the World Bank,  his past engagements included  management position at the Albanian Financial Supervisory Authority, as well as Business Development Officer for the International Financial Cooperation. Keler is a CFA charterholder since 2003. He holds a Master Degree in Financial Economics (Reykjavik University) and a Bachelor Degree in Finance (Tirana University).
