Trang Thu Tran

Trang Thu Tran is a senior economist in the World Bank’s Finance, Competitiveness, and Innovation Global Practice. Her recent works has focused on firm dynamics, entrepreneurship and innovation policy, international investment, and business regulations. In her assignments at the World Bank, she has experience across Sub-Saharan Africa, East and South Asia, Eastern Europe, and Latin America & the Caribbean. Prior to joining the World Bank, she completed a Ph.D. in development economics at the University of Maryland, College Park.
