Mulder Mkutumula

Mulder Mkutumula is a Disaster Risk Finance Specialist and the Scalable Safety Net Mechanism Coordinator at National Local Government Finance Committee (NLGFC) in Malawi. He has been working as Disaster Risk Management, Humanitarian and Social Protection Practitioner since 2010. He worked as a Chief Disaster Recovery Officer in the Department of Disaster Management Affairs before joining NLGFC.
