Kelera Bakaniceva

Kelera is based in Suva, Fiji. She joined the Pacific Energy Team in May 2019 and has been involved in setting up the Pacific Power Association Disaster Assistance Program (PDAP) from its inception. She has over 20 years of experience in the areas of public financial management, budget process, disaster risk management, strategic planning and analysis, and public sector reform.
